Wait & load

We come out to all types of property, whether you’ve just cleared out your attic, you have old furniture you want to dispose of, or you’re on a busy construction site and need to keep the area clear and tidy. Use our services for single collections whenever you require them or pre-book slots on a regular basis if you know you’re going to need us more frequently.

Why Choose Building Clearance?

Building work can produce a lot of waste. Perhaps you’ve recently undergone a renovation, but your property still looks like a construction site after completion. Or maybe you’re performing a job, but want to keep the area clear of waste on a regular basis. We come to clear all types of spaces, from construction sites, strip outs, new builds and property renovations to house clearances and business clearance jobs.

The services we provide are a practical, affordable alternative to skip hire. You won’t have to factor in the price of hiring the skip for several weeks, pay for permits or think about how much space is required. Customers can often end up paying over the odds for skip sizes they don’t need. We help keep your site clear and tidy, offering one of the quickest waste removal solutions available.

We also offer a convenient wait and load service if you have a few items you want us to take away.
